About Us

Pennine Lancashire Community Farm is a small charitable incorporated organisation, registered in England.

Working across the boroughs of Burnley, Pendle, Rossendale and Ribble Valley, Pennine Lancashire Community Farm offers all residents of Pennine Lancashire the opportunity to learn, grow and develop through engaging with outdoor spaces.

Our work takes place in a variety of outdoor settings which include: community gardens, woodlands, working farms and public parks.

To provide education, training and social inclusion programmes which help individuals build key skills, promote personal development and enhance their quality of life

To provide social inclusion and community cohesion programmes which bring diverse communities together to thrive within outdoor environments

 

Growing with the land / Growing from the ground

To provide growing spaces for local people and perpetuate a cycle of collective growing leading to sustainable food generation, community distribution and better outcomes for local people

To build community, sector and strategic partnerships which enable us to reach more people, grow our programme of work and provide best practice
