We are a charitable incorporated organisation

PLCF has a clear structure as follows:

  • All projects being run by the charity are reported on and monitored by the Board of Trustees. Necessary actions towards the operation of the projects are requested and allocated at every meeting.

  • The Chairperson of PLCF takes responsibility for line management of the charities’ employed overall manager.

  • The projects have dedicated operational managers who take responsible for all day-to-day matters, including coordinating the steering committees, managing referral, managing Peer-to-Peer staff and key volunteers, developing relationships with all attendees, etc.

  • Individual sessions will be delivered by an operational manager working in partnership with specialist practitioners as required (e.g. for specific topic areas like dry stone walling).

Here is our Constitution.
