Growing Minds

Our Growing Minds programme delivers outdoor learning sessions covering food growing, farming, caring for the natural world, and forest school.

We can deliver sessions at your EYFS setting, primary or secondary school, or college. Your learners also have the opportunity to visit our thriving allotment site in Nelson to take part in a “Food Safari”, finding ideas and inspiration for their own school garden.

We provide a bespoke service for each school to match the needs of your learners, the site and your budget. For example, you may want:

- weekly sessions to support your learners to maintain an existing school garden

- a one-off project to install a new growing area

- half-termly sessions to provide support and guidance to school staff involved in a gardening project

This is a paid service and fees depend on the duration and frequency of sessions. Please get in touch using the email below to discuss your school’s needs and find out our current rates.
